Dress Rehearsal / Group Photos / Pizza Party

​Saturday September 19th, 2026

🕑 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM:

This is a drop-off and pick-up event. Please ensure students arrive on time and fully prepared.

​

Arrival Requirements

Students must arrive dressed in:

Black leggings

Ferree attire with name on the back

Hair and makeup fully done

LED lights in hair 

​

Hair Guidelines:

Must be securely styled in:

Single Bun or braided bun

Double buns or double braided buns

Single Dutch braid 

❌ Long ponytails are not permitted

​

LED lights are our signature showcase look and are required.

Lights are available for purchase in the studio for $3, and hair nets are highly recommended.

​

Attire Notes:

Leotards with skirts should be worn prior to rehearsal to ensure skirts are safe and do not get caught in the silks (adjust if needed)

Capezios are recommended

​

Tights should be:

Full body / fully covering (flesh tone or preferred color) or normal tights

Wear full body tights if torso or back are exposed

All Capezios and tights should be transitional, footless, or stirrup tights (heels and toes must be exposed)

❌ Socks are not permitted

​

Hair & Makeup Touch-Ups:

If your student may need assistance, please bring:

Bobby pins, hairpins, hair ties

Hairspray, combs, brushes

Makeup for touch-ups

​

We will have helpers available, but please arrive early and notify us ahead of time if assistance is needed.

​

📸 Group Photos{

Group photos will begin promptly at 2:10-2:15 PM (no later).

Late arrivals may miss photos.

​

What to Bring:

Performance costume (for changing after photos)

We will have multiple changing stations and tents available for quick changes.

Paint smock or T-shirt

​

Rehearsal Details:

Immediately following costume changes, we will begin run-throughs.

​

During downtime, students may:

Stretch and Warm Up

Practice skills on the open silks

Paint rocks for our outdoor studio collection

Names will be added to the back

Rocks will be sealed later for weather protection

Play games

Additional group photos will be taken throughout rehearsal once students are in costume.

​

🍕 Food & Extras:

Pizza and Capri Suns provided (1-2 slices per student, 1capri sun per student)

Students are always encouraged to bring their own water bottle to stay hydrated

Students may bring cash to purchase additional drinks, snacks, or candy
