Enrollment & Billing

A one-month minimum enrollment is required. To secure your spot, a card must be saved on file for convenient auto-pay. Invoices are issued through Square and sent via text message.

Payments are due by the invoice date. A 10% late fee will be applied after a 3-day grace period if payment has not been received. You are responsible for completing payment and ensuring your card is saved on file for recurring billing.

You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. This system helps ensure that class spots are reserved and allows transactions to remain efficient and seamless for all students. There are no contracts or cancellation fees; however, refunds are not provided.

Absences & Scheduling

Due to high demand, makeup classes are not guaranteed. If you will be absent, please notify us as soon as possible so your spot may be offered to another student as a courtesy.

To maintain an effective schedule, classes may occasionally be consolidated by adjusting student times. This helps ensure fair availability for all and minimizes disruptions caused by multiple cancellations.

EXPECTATIONS

Students are expected to come to each class with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Progression to new skills is based on consistent effort and demonstrated mastery of current techniques.

Students are encouraged to take initiative to practice! Regularly reviewing and practicing skills during class time will help build a strong foundation. This preparation is also essential for developing routines and confidently performing in showcases.

For best results, attend 1 class each week.

Student/Teacher ratio will be a maximum of 5:1

A second instructor or assistant will always be present. On the occasion that the main instructor is unavailable, a trained sub will conduct the lesson or class.

Safety & Instruction Policy

For safety and liability reasons, peer-to-peer teaching is not permitted—either in the studio or at home. Students should only practice skills that have been directly taught by Ferree Aerial Silks instructors. Proper instruction is essential to ensure safe progression and to help prevent injury.

Dress Code & Class Preparation

Students are required to wear black leggings and Ferree Aerial Silks attire. Jewelry is not permitted during class. Earrings, piercings, and rings must be removed or securely taped. Socks are not allowed.

Hair must be secured at all times. A ponytail or bun is recommended for long hair.

Students must bring their own grip aid, a water bottle, and arrive dressed and ready for class to ensure a smooth and timely start
