Enrollment & Billing

​A one-month minimum enrollment is required. To secure your spot, a card must be saved on file for reoccurring monthly billing. Invoices are issued through Square and sent via text message.

Payments are due by the invoice date. A 10% late fee will be applied after a 3-day grace period if payment has not been received.

​

You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. There are no contracts or cancellation fees; however, payments are non-refundable. 

​

​Absences & Scheduling

​

Due to high demand and limited class sizes, makeup classes are not guaranteed. If you will be absent, please notify us as soon as possible so your spot may be offered to another student as a courtesy.

To maintain an effective schedule, classes may occasionally be consolidated when attendance is low. Student class times may be adjusted when necessary to maintain appropriate class sizes and minimize disruptions caused by multiple cancellations.

Class Expectations 

​

Students are expected to come to each class with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Progression to new skills is based on consistent effort, proper technique and demonstrated mastery of current skills.

​

Students are encouraged to take initiative in their training.  Regularly reviewing and practicing skills during class time will help build a strong foundation and prepares students for routines and showcase performances. 

​

​

For best results, consistent weekly attendance is encouraged. Classes are limited to a maximum of 5 students and include a Flight Instructor and Flight Assistant. If the primary instructor is unavailable, a trained substitute may conduct the class. ​

Safety & Instruction Policy

​

For the safety of our students, peer-to-peer teaching is not permitted in the studio or at home. Students should only practice skills that have been directly taught to them by a Ferree Aerial Silks instructor. 

​

Proper instruction and progression are essential for developing skills safely and reducing the risk of injury. 

​

Dress Code & Class Preparation

​

Students are required to wear black leggings and Ferree Aerial Silks shirt or tank-top. Jewelry must be removed before class. Earrings, piercings, and rings that cannot be removed must be securely taped. Socks are not permitted.

​

Hair must be secured at all times. A ponytail or bun is recommended for long hair.

​

Students should bring their own grip aid and water bottle and arrive dressed and ready for class.
