This 1.5-hour introductory aerial silks session is designed for beginners and includes a guided stretch session, a light warm-up, and step-by-step instruction through foundational poses and skills.

 

Set the vibe with party lights and surround sound music while you and your group enjoy an experience unlike anything else.
