Showcase Seasons

We host two showcases each year:

Spring Showcase – Typically held 1–2 weekends before Spring Break (following the NAFC school calendar)

Fall Showcase – Typically held 1–2 weeks before Fall Break (following the NAFC school calendar)

After each showcase, the studio will be closed for two weeks. Each new season brings new skills and talent, if availability allows, new student enrollment opportunities.

Showcase Schedule:

Showcases take place over one weekend (Saturday & Sunday):

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Both showtimes run on Saturday and Sunday.

Student Arrival & Expectations:

Students must arrive fully dressed in costume, with hair and makeup completed

LED lights are required for our signature Ferree Aerial Silks showcase look (Available for purchase $3 in studio)

​

Arrival Time (MANDATORY):

3:00 PM showcase → Arrive at 1:30 PM

7:00 PM showcase → Arrive at 5:30 PM

​

This allows time for:

Warm-ups and stretching

A full run-through

Settling nerves and preparing to perform

Group and student photos

​

Important Notes:

Drop-off only for parents

Doors will be closed during warm-ups for privacy

Please do not arrive late

​

Audience Entry:

Doors open 30 minutes prior to each show

2:30 PM for the 3:00 PM showcase

6:30 PM for the 7:00 PM showcase

​

At the Door:

Adults (12+): $10

Kids (6–11): $5

Ages 5 & under: FREE

Pre-Sale Tickets:

Adults: $8

Kids (6–11): $5

Ages 5 & under: FREE

For each showcase, every student can invite up to 10 guests. A lot of students may  only have 2-5 invites which allots more for other students to invite. Pre ticket sales help combat figuring out the balance and plan for a great experience for everyone!
